These terms govern use of infrastructure-node.digital and, where applicable, form a baseline for professional engagements until superseded by a signed engagement letter.
Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Requesting a scoping call or submitting a form does not create an audit engagement until both parties sign an engagement letter.
Services described
Descriptions of licensing readiness audits, diligence reviews, AML sampling, and safeguarding health checks are informational. Fees on the pricing page are starting guidance only. Binding scope, deliverables, and fees appear only in the engagement letter.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials published by Infrastructure Node remain our intellectual property unless an engagement letter assigns specific work product. Findings memos delivered under an engagement are licensed to the client for internal governance and diligence use as stated in that letter. You may not republish our website copy or templates without written consent.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to documents and personnel, and must not withhold known material facts relevant to the agreed sample window. Delays in document production may shift delivery dates without reducing fees already earned for work performed.
No certification of licences
Our work does not constitute a grant, renewal, or official endorsement of any regulatory licence. We do not replace statutory financial statement auditors unless explicitly engaged under separate terms that say so.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infrastructure Node is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. For professional services, liability caps and exclusions are set in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Taiwan law.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
