A small audit practice built around fintech evidence rooms
Infrastructure Node exists for the weeks when a payment or lending team must prove that written controls match the files on the shelf — not for perpetual advisory retainers that never touch a sample.
Origin
The practice began after repeated pre-inspection dry runs with Taiwan electronic payment teams who had polished policies and incomplete populations. Founders wanted an outside pair of hands who would sit with KYC files and recon packs, not another slide deck about “control frameworks.”
We kept the work deliberately narrow: licensing readiness, diligence control reviews, AML walkthroughs, and safeguarding health checks. That focus lets us reuse sampling discipline without pretending every engagement is identical.

How we work with clients
We fix the milestone and sample window before fieldwork. Control owners receive a document request list they can actually fulfil. Findings are graded, and mild reservations stay in the memo when practice trails policy — because hiding them helps no one facing a real review.
