This notice explains how Infrastructure Node handles personal data collected through this website and in the course of audit engagements.

Data we collect
From enquiry forms and email: name, email address, optional milestone dates, selected audit type, and message content. From engagements: business contact details, interview notes, and documents you provide. We ask clients not to send unnecessary identity documents of end customers through the website form.
Purposes
We process data to respond to scoping requests, prepare engagement letters, perform contracted audits, maintain records required for professional accountability, and — if you subscribe — send occasional field notes. Analytics cookies run only if you accept cookies; see our cookies page.
Legal bases
Depending on context: performance of a contract or steps prior to contract; legitimate interests in operating a professional practice and securing our website; consent for non-essential cookies and optional newsletter subscription; and compliance with legal obligations where applicable under Taiwan law.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement working papers and correspondence are retained for at least seven years unless a longer period is required by law or professional standards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Processors and transfers
We may use email and hosting providers that process data on our instructions. If personal data is transferred outside Taiwan, we take steps appropriate under applicable law, such as contractual safeguards with the recipient.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies or newsletters without affecting site access. To exercise rights, email hello@infrastructure-node.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority.
Security
We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of engagement materials. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use agreed secure channels for customer file samples.
